Technical requirements for the oil-free 2500 m3/h blower and driver:
1. Gas mixture with the adiabatic constant g = 1.61 and molecular weight m = 38.2.
2. Operation pressure at the blower's inlet is 60 Torr.
3. Gas temperature is 400 K.
4. The blower should be equipped by heat exchangers at inlet and outlet in order to provide gas temperature of 300 K at inlet and outlet.
5. Compression ratio is 2.2 (pressure at the blower outlet is 125 Torr).
6. Mass flow rate is 0.09 kg/s.
7. Volume flow rate (at pressure 60 Torr and gas temperature 300 K) is 2500 m3/h.
8. Operation mode is continuous; min. continuous operation time is 10 hours
9. The blower and driver should be oil-free (magnetic bearings).
10. The blower and driver should be placed into the common vacuum-tight casing.

I am Zhang Yuewang working for Energizer (China) Co., Ltd.
We are using one Siemens Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump (model: 2BE1-203-OBY2-Z) in our production process over 10 years.
Now, the pump efficiency is lower and lower, so we decide to purchase parts to rebuild it.
The motor is ok, so I am suspecting a wear of the impeller, maybe damaged by water over longer term operation.
I do not have the part catalog and manual on hand, so I want to quote the part and get manual if possible.

Pak-American Fertilizers limited (PAFL), situated at Daudkhel, Dist. Mianwali in Pakistan is a fully owned company of Azgard Nine Limited. We operate a state of the art Ammonia & Urea complex with a name plate capacity of 1,050 MTPD of Urea.
PAFL has embarked on a Capacity Enhancement Project for our site and the objective is to increase production capacities by additional 35%. For this project, main licensing and front end engineering contracts has already been finalized with M/S Johnson Matthey of U.K for Ammonia Plant and M/S Stamicarban of Netherlands for Urea Plant. The basic and detailed engineering of these facilities will be completed by 2008.
M/S Stamicarbon has proposed addition of some new vessels and heat exchangers.
